At 91, The Queen is an undisputed style icon. Thanks to her clever ways with colour blocking and neat silhouettes, Her Majesty has created a look which is recognised the world over.
And just to remind us of her fashion prowess, yesterday she arrived at King's Lynn station to begin her Christmas holiday wearing a glorious combination of pink and purple.
She paired her Cadbury purple coat with one of her signature silk headscarves, but took the look a step further by opting for a style in vivid fuschia. Of course, her trusty Launer handbag and favourite Anello and Davide shoes were still a firm fixture.
From the colour-pop dresses and coats by Angela Kelly that dominate her modern-day wardrobe, to the now-vintage Norman Hartnell ballgowns that she adored in the 1950s, the Queen's style has evolved beautifully during her 65-year reign.
