1. Leicester's off-field tumult
This is a match of contrasts. Wasps have been flowing fast and loose, and leading the way to the semi-finals with some of the Premiership's most exciting rugby. Leicester, by contrast, have been grinding through the gears, clanking at times, but still churning out the victories, making it to the important part of the season where the knockout blows can be landed when least expected.
Yet, for all that, Leicester cannot hide from the fact that they are now on their third head coach of the season. So while Matt O'Connor got the usual uplift in performance that comes when a new sheriff hits town, you cannot expect the team to have the rigidity and consistency of performance that the Tigers are used to.
